Dr Mohsin
Dr Mohsin graduated from Queen Mary University of London in 2014. Dr Mohsin is the director of 53 aesthetics. Dr Mohsin is an award winning aesthetic practitioner, winning the Vivacy award for best full face rejuvenation 2023. He has been practicing in aesthetics for over 7 years. Dr Mohsin prides himself in his evidence based approach to his clinical practice, and is a firm believer in non surgical facial rejuvenation. He is continually learning new techniques and developing his clinical expertise. Outside of his clinical practice, Mohsin enjoys spending time with family, and playing football.
DR Shiv Patel
Aesthetician
Dr Shiv Patel is a GDC registered Dentist and Facial Aesthetics Practitioner who is passionate about helping her clients look and feel their best.
Shiv graduated as a Dentist with Distinction from the University of Debrecen, Hungary in 2019.
Shiv is passionate about achieving natural results with Facial Aesthetics. She has received extensive training alongside her degree from the London Aesthetics Academy of Medicine (LAAM) with highly regarded trainers, to carry out non-surgical treatments such as Botox and Fillers professionally and safely. Shiv’s ethos is to keep things as minimal and natural as possible by combining treatments with Medical Grade Skincare and Skin Booster treatments such as Profhilo and Polynucleotides.
Shiv is a caring individual and takes pride in making her patients feel at ease. She aims to make results as undetectable as possible by achieving natural and subtle enhancements.
DR Charlotte Nathan

I’m Dr Charlotte Nathan, a medical and aesthetic doctor. I’ve been a doctor for over five years. My background spans general medicine and dermatology, and I’ve worked in hospitals across both London and Cambridge. I’m currently pursuing a Level 7 in Aesthetics with Harley Academy.
I’m passionate about all things skin.
My approach centres on natural, subtle enhancements that complement each clients unique features. I aim to boost confidence while maintaining the highest standards of safety and ethical practice in aesthetics.
Dr Dilan Patel
Dr Dilan Patel is one of the owners of 53 Aesthetics. Dilan graduated from Bristol university with a distinction in Dentistry. Developing a passion for non surgical facial aesthetics for the past 6 years. Outside of work Dr. Dilan loves spending time with his family and has a keen interest in sport.
Dilay Savrin
Skin & Body Aesthetician
Dilay is a highly skilled Skin and Body Aesthetician known for her creative, results-driven approach to skin health and rejuvenation. With a strong passion for understanding the deeper behaviour of the skin, she specialises in designing bespoke treatment plans that combine advanced techniques and modalities to achieve transformative yet natural-looking results.
Having worked alongside well-known aesthetic doctors and industry experts, Dilay has gained extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of professional treatments — including advanced facials, chemical peels, microneedling, IPL, skin tightening, and body contouring. Her ability to blend clinical knowledge with an artistic eye allows her to tailor every treatment to the individual, ensuring both safety and high-quality outcomes.
Dedicated to client comfort and education, Dilay takes time to understand each person’s unique concerns and long-term goals. She believes in empowering clients with the knowledge behind their skin, and creating treatment plans that deliver noticeable, lasting improvements.

Sina is an accomplished Aesthetician with extensive experience treating a wide range of skin types and concerns. Her work with leading Harley Street clinics has refined her ability to deliver tailored treatments that boost her clients’ confidence and natural radiance.
Inspired by her own hormonal skin challenges—including acne, pigmentation, and unwanted hair—Sina brings genuine empathy and firsthand understanding to her practice.
